Teaching Pilates is my happy place.

Thanks for joining me on my site, where I talk about how to be fit, well and happy.

Being fit requires us to move and keep moving, I’ll do my best to inspire you to get moving with Pilates exercises and Pilates inspired fitness videos; they will be fast and effective and you’ll be able to do them anywhere, anytime.

I think a huge part of being well is to fuel our bodies with delicious and nutritious food, so I’ll share some gorgeous foodie stuff with you as well.

Being happy is easy, but sometimes we need help. I think positive psychology and mindfulness meditation are great ways to tap into all the good stuff in our lives, whenever I find great ideas and hacks from these two areas, I promise to share them with you on here.

As I want to make this an intelligent guide to fitness and wellbeing, all the information I share and write about will be evidence-based and backed by research. No fads. No trends, just intelligent and effective stuff that really works.
